Dr. Christian Morris, a board-certified physiatrist specializing in post-acute rehabilitation and functional recovery, in 2022 founded IconicCare. A graduate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Morris completed his training at Mount Sinai-Elmhurst Hospital and Washington University’s Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He then served as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director and practicing physiatrist in multiple skilled nursing facilities, where he continued to advance the standard of rehabilitative care.

In 2025, Dallin became CEO of IconicCare. Prior to IconicCare, Dallin spent almost ten years as a growth investor at Battery where he had a chance to partner with companies like AuditBoard (acquired by Hg), Cube, Hummingbird, Kojo, Mews, Narvar, MX, Whistic and Check Technologies. Prior to Battery, Dallin was the director of sales and operations at Lucid Software (Lucidchart), a cloud-based diagramming solution. Previously, Dallin was a product manager at Intuit. Dallin graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in business finance.
